This Little Light of Mine

I left this mess in the house to dry...

I'm outside doing this...

Just thought I'd show you a quick little update we made to our mudroom last night. We removed this ugly fluorescent ceiling light...

and installed this new fixture from Rejuvenation...

Ahhh.... much better! Ignore the holes in the ceiling. We'll get those filled in the next few years days.

It's just a small change, but it makes me smile. Hope someone or something makes you smile today, too :)

Love the new light. I really would love to replace the florescent light in the laundry room, but hubby sees no reason to. Men!

Do you have another chair by your pool for me!
It has been so doggone humid here....and hot, but the humidity gets me!
The sight of a pool right now is making me drool!
Good for you... taking a needed break from your work!

I just love your blog! Don't think I can stop telling you that!!! I get very excited when there's a new post... no pressure, but just know, I may be one of your biggest blog fans as well as just one of YOUR biggest fans! Go on with bad self, sister!!!!!!!! I am buying chalk paint. More pictures to come of some hellish furniture that took me three days to do and still not done. Yup. DIY can be for the birds. Love you!!! Give my boys big hugs!!! ps- it's Dorelly. Forgot my gmail info again!
